How we use information
To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide and improve services, share course information, evaluate applications, and send follow-up you have consented to. Submissions are routed into our customer relationship management system and may be assigned to a team member.
SMS and email consent
We send SMS and email follow-up only to those who separately consent. Consent boxes are never pre-checked. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to text messages or use the unsubscribe link in emails. We do not send repeated messages to someone who has not opted in.
Booking information
When you book a consultation, your name, contact details, selected time, and notes are used to create an appointment and a contact record in our system.
Information you should not share
Do not submit sensitive records (Social Security numbers, full credit reports, tax documents, payment card details) through general inquiry forms. Where sensitive information is necessary, we'll provide a secure process.
Service-specific notes
